On May 23, Evergreen Chemicals was invited to visit the factories of Sinoma Technology (Funing) Wind Blade Co., Ltd. As one of the six industrial bases under Sinoma Wind Blade, a leading wind blade manufacturer in China and subsidiary of the state-owned China National Building Material Group, the Funing company is poised to become an "international first-class R&D innovation center for offshore wind blades, a leading large-scale offshore wind blade and international export demonstration base." It serves as the R&D and manufacturing hub for offshore, coastal, and export blades in East China.

Embracing the natural wind to refresh humanity, Sinoma Blade, a leader in China's wind blade industry, is committed to enhancing sustainability throughout every stage of the wind power lifecycle. Notably, its development of thermoplastic composite wind blade technology pioneers a sustainable design and recycling pathway, offering valuable insights for the industry's transition towards green, circular, and low-carbon development.

The second factory's production workshop impressed all visitors with its 59.5 laying processes, main beam products, belly panel products, 53.8 casting processes, and mobile casting glue machines, making it a memorable part of the exchange visit. The delegation unanimously praised Sinoma Blade for its infrastructure, on-site management, and technological processes.

Currently, Sinoma Technology (Funing) Wind Blade Co., Ltd. has grown to become the world’s largest single-site wind blade manufacturing base and a national-level green factory, truly an "invisible champion" in the new energy industry!
