| 1、Due to the same promotion and curing system as unsaturated polyester gel coating and reinforcing layer unsaturated resin, the effect of adding active color paste on the final mechanical properties of the product is much smaller than that of non active color paste. The maximum amount of adding active color paste can reach 30%. The recommended amount of non active color paste is generally below 8%, and it will have a negative impact on the curing and hardness of the gel coat. | |
| 2、As the active color paste is prepared for gel coat, its addition has little impact on the viscosity and gel time of gel coat. Generally, spraying and hand brushing of gel coat can be carried out without any adjustment. | |
